Return policy

Consumers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, with no reason needed, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Requests should be sent to kaltenheisser@gmail.com with the order number. Returns are shipped back to the studio: 215 ROUTE DE PESSOULA 32240 tOUJOUSE.

Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the returned work is received, or after proof of shipment is provided by the buyer, whichever is earlier.
